A non-contact cardiovascular workout derived from classic boxing and kick-boxing training methods on the heavy bag.
The class integrates kicks, punches, and athletic combinations to high energizing music.
Levels are intermediate to advance. Hand wraps and boxing gloves are required, (sold on premises).
Each class ends with a 10 minute core workout focusing on developing stronger abs and back, followed by stretching.
Be prepared to have Fun and Work Hard!
All levels welcomed. Indoor footwear must be worn inside the class, or students can go barefoot.
Levels are beginner-advance.
